Michael K. Perry
Mike grew up in Chatham County, North Carolina and now makes Wake Forest his home along with his wife Lee and their children Will, Caroline and Rebecca.
After earning his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and his law degree from Campbell University, he moved to Wake Forest in 1983. He and James Warren formed Warren and Perry in July 1985. Mike opened Michael K. Perry, Attorney, P.A. in 2009. Admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of North Carolina, Mike has a general practice and handles a large variety of legal matters.
With more than 27 years experience, Mike has represented clients in a wide variety of accidental injury or death claims arising from automobile accidents and premises liability. He has negotiated and tried numerous business and contract disputes in civil court and various charges in criminal court. Mike is also adept at assisting clients appearing before municipal, county and state boards on matters of license issues, zoning and land use.
Mike is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the Wake County Bar. He is also very active in the Wake Forest community, serving as a past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce and coaching a variety of athletic teams in the area.

Deb has 18 years experience in the legal field and has been a certified paralegal with the State of North Carolina since 2006. She has worked with Mike Perry as his paralegal since 2007. She grew up in Vermont and moved to North Carolina in 1996. She graduated from the Paralegal Program at Woodbury College in Montpelier, VT and then went on to acquire an Associate of Science Degree. She has worked in various areas of the law which include Civil Litigation, Construction and Lien Law, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Juvenile & Criminal Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Wills, Foreclosures, Partitions, and Family Law.
